Drop Ship Program

Our Drop Ship program is simple and allows retailers the freedom to offer quality products without maintaining an inventory.

Program Highlights

• A brief Reseller’s Agreement is needed to begin selling our products. If you are interested in joining our program, email us and we will send you a copy via email.
   
• Follow our store policies as outlined on our Policies page.
   
• There are no minimum order requirements. 
   
• Currently our drop ship prices are approximately 25% below our retail costs (some items may vary).
   
• Copy our photos/descriptions and place on your website. Only items on our dropship page are available for the program.
   
• Set your retail prices. 
   
• Process your orders. 
   
• Keep the discount as your profit. 
   
• Place the order with us and we take care of the rest. Be sure to order from this page to receive your discount.
   
• We no longer offer blind shipping due to restrictions by UPS and USPS. Our return address will be on the shipping label. We do not include any company information on the inside of the box of any kind.

The Details

• If your company decides to participate you are allowed to use our photos and text to describe the candles and post the information on your website. Download a zip file of photos and an Excel spreadsheet of product information here (note that prices may not be updated in the Excel file – be sure to use the prices listed on the website only. If a picture is not included in the zip file, simply right click to save a copy to your computer): SWCC Photos Zip File. & Product List in Microsoft Excel 97-2003 version or Product List in Microsoft Excel 2007 version
   
• You may set a retail price either the same as our suggested price or at a price your market will sustain.
   
• When a customer places an order on your website you’ll collect the money including shipping fees in the normal fashion for your company and then place an order with us. 
   
• Be sure to order from this dropship page to receive your discount & to put your customer’s information in the “Ship To” field of the order form. 
   
• Orders will not be processed unless they are submitted through our website using this page and shopping cart. Email/phone orders will not be accepted. Orders placed on our wholesale page will not be accepted.
   
• The prices listed in red are the current dripship prices; if you do not see prices in red it may be the internet browser you are currently using. Microsoft IE is recommended. 
   
• Items not on this page are not offered in our drop ship program. 
   
• Note that we do not automatically notify you of our price changes and/or product updates. Click here to bookmark our Blog for updates and other important information. 
   
• Terms, product selection and prices subject to change without notice.
   
• Check our website regularly for updates to the product line.
   
• The order will reflect the appropriate discount* (which is your profit) and actual shipping fees. *discount will only be shown if ordered from this page with the red prices.
   
• We fill the order and ship directly to your customer. 
   
• We ship all items within the production time listed on our retail pages and by the method selected in the shopping cart. Note that "slow" shipping is not always cheaper - we recommend trying all options to find the best option for you and your customer. Our shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the weight of the items and destination zip code using USPS and UPS rate calculators. We do not add any handling or processing fees.
   
• Private label is not an option for dropship orders. 
   
• You keep the profit and enjoy the ease of no inventory.
   
• When your website is finished, send us the link for our approval. All information must be truthful and fit within our company policies and Reseller Agreement. If we deem any site inappropriate we will request it be modified; if the modification is unsatisfactory we reserve the right to deny your dropship and wholesale status.
